Privacy Policy

Effective date: 23 September 2026. This privacy policy applies to the izent AI website and application at https://www.izentai.org and https://izentai.org (together, the “Service”).

izent AI (“we”, “us”, “our”) lets you describe football fixtures and betting markets, including by typing, speaking, or uploading a screenshot, and turns that request into a booking code for a sportsbook such as SportyBet or Bet9ja. This privacy policy explains our data collection and our data usage in plain language: what personal information we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, who we share it with, how long we keep it, how we protect it, and how you can access or delete it.

Please read this policy before you create an account, continue as a guest, sign in with Google, add wallet funds, or submit a fixture list. If you do not agree with this policy, do not use the Service.

1. Who we are and how to contact us

The Service is published as izent AI and is operated from the domains izentai.org and www.izentai.org. The application name shown on the Google sign-in screen is izent AI.

For privacy questions, access requests, correction requests, or account deletion, email privacy@izentai.org. We use that address to answer privacy requests. Please send the request from the email address on the account so we can confirm it is you.

2. Summary of data collection and data usage

This table is a short map of our data collection and data usage. The sections below explain each row in full.

3. Data collection: information you give us

Account information

If you register with an email address, we collect your username, your email address, and a password. We store the password only as a one-way hash. We never store the password in a form we can read back. We also store whether your email is verified, and the time the account was created.

We collect a username because that is the name shown in the app. We do not ask for your legal full name, home address, date of birth, or government identity number.

Google user data

If you choose “Continue with Google”, you sign in through Google Identity Services. izent AI requests the basic Google sign-in scopes only: openid, email, and profile. We do not request access to Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, Google Contacts, YouTube, or any other Google product.

From that sign-in, Google sends us the following Google user data, and only after you approve the Google prompt:

• Your Google account email address, and whether Google has verified that email.
• Your name, as stored on your Google account.
• Your Google account subject identifier (the stable “sub” value Google assigns to your account).
• A profile picture URL, if Google includes one in the sign-in token. We do not require a profile picture to use izent AI.

We do not receive your Google password. We do not receive your contacts, files, emails, or location from Google. We store the email address, the name (used to suggest a username), and the Google account identifier so we can recognize the same person the next time you sign in with Google. If an izent AI account already exists for that email, we attach the Google identifier to that account instead of creating a second account.

Guest use

You may continue as a guest and generate a booking code for up to five matches without creating an account. For a guest session we store a guest flag in your browser’s local storage. We still receive the fixture text or screenshot you submit, because we cannot build a code without it. We do not create a wallet for a guest and we do not charge a guest.

Chat, voice, and screenshots

When you use the AI builder we collect the message you type, any voice input after it has been turned into text on your device or in the browser, and any screenshot you choose to upload. We collect this content because the booking code is built from the teams, markets, and lines in that content. A screenshot can contain anything visible in the image, so please do not upload identity documents, bank cards, or another person’s private information.

We also store the booking code that was produced, the sportsbook it was built for, and the list of selections, so you can see them again in your history when you are signed in.

Wallet and payment information

If you add money to your izent AI wallet, the card or bank payment is entered on Flutterwave’s page, not on izent AI. We do not collect or store your full card number, card expiry, or card security code. We do collect the amount, the currency (NGN), Flutterwave’s transaction reference, the payment status, and the wallet balance after the credit or charge. We use that information to show your balance and to prevent a payment from being credited twice.

4. Data collection: information collected automatically

When you open the Service, our servers automatically collect technical data that is needed to operate and protect it:

• IP address.
• Browser type and version, and device type.
• The date and time of the request.
• The page or API address you requested, and a basic success or error result.
• A sign-in token stored in your browser if you are logged in, and a guest flag if you continue as a guest.

We use Google Analytics, measurement ID G-NGP4JEKNS2, to count visits, see which pages are opened, and understand general device and country-level traffic. Google Analytics may set cookies such as _ga and a cookie beginning with _ga_ in your browser. We use this to measure the website. We do not use Google Analytics to identify a named person, and we do not combine Google Analytics data with your Google sign-in profile for advertising.

5. Data usage: how we use the information we collect

We use personal information only for the following purposes. Each purpose matches a feature you can see in the product.

• To create and protect your account. We use your username, email, and password hash to register you, sign you in, send an email verification link, and let you reset a forgotten password.
• To sign you in with Google. We use the Google email, name, and Google account identifier only to create your izent AI account or to recognize you on a later visit. We use Google user data for that sign-in feature and for no other purpose.
• To build the booking code you asked for. We use the fixtures, markets, and screenshots you submit to select the matching market and to request a booking code from SportyBet or Bet9ja.
• To apply the free allowance and to charge the wallet. Signed-in users have a daily free allowance. After that allowance is used, we use your wallet balance to charge the stated fee for a successful code. Guests are limited to five matches and are not charged.
• To show your history. We use stored booking codes and wallet entries so you can review past codes and payments in the app.
• To send service email. We use your email address to send verification, password reset, and deposit confirmation messages. We do not send marketing newsletters.
• To keep the Service secure. We use IP addresses, request logs, and account identifiers to rate-limit abuse, investigate fraud, and block unauthorized access.
• To understand traffic. We use Google Analytics statistics to see whether pages load and which parts of the site people open, so we can fix and improve the Service.

We do not sell personal information. We do not rent personal information. We do not use your chat, screenshots, wallet history, or Google user data to build advertising profiles or to show you third-party ads. We do not use Google user data to train general-purpose artificial intelligence models. We do not allow izent AI staff to read Google user data except where it is necessary to investigate a security incident, to answer a privacy request you sent us, or to comply with the law.

6. Google API Services User Data Policy and Limited Use

izent AI’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

In particular:

• We access Google user data only after you click Continue with Google and approve the Google consent screen.
• We use Google user data only to provide the user-facing sign-in and account feature of izent AI. That means creating your account, signing you in, and keeping that account linked to the same Google user.
• We do not transfer Google user data to third parties except where necessary to secure the Service, to comply with the law, or as part of a merger or sale of the business in which users are notified.
• We do not use Google user data for serving advertisements, including retargeting, personalized advertising, or interest-based advertising.
• We do not allow humans to read Google user data unless we have your affirmative agreement for a specific message, it is necessary for security, it is necessary to comply with the law, or the data is aggregated and used internally for operations and does not identify you.
• We do not use Google user data to determine creditworthiness or for lending purposes.

You can revoke izent AI’s access at any time from your Google Account permissions at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions. Revoking access stops future sign-in with Google. It does not by itself delete an izent AI account that was already created. To delete the izent AI account, email privacy@izentai.org.

7. Who we share information with

We share personal information only with the service providers that perform a task for izent AI, and only the fields that task needs.

• Google. Google Identity Services processes the sign-in when you choose Continue with Google. Google Analytics receives usage measurements under measurement ID G-NGP4JEKNS2. Google’s own privacy policy is at https://policies.google.com/privacy.
• Flutterwave. When you choose to fund your wallet, we send Flutterwave the amount, a transaction reference, and the customer email or name on that payment. Flutterwave collects the payment details on its own page. Flutterwave’s privacy policy is at https://flutterwave.com/us/privacy-policy.
• SportyBet and Bet9ja. To create the booking code you requested, we send the selected fixtures, markets, and odds to the sportsbook you chose. We do not send your izent AI password, your Google account identifier, or your wallet balance to those sportsbooks.
• AI provider. The text of your request, and text read from a screenshot, is processed by our AI provider so the correct matches and markets can be identified. Do not include secrets in a prompt or a screenshot.
• Email provider. We use a transactional email provider to deliver verification, password reset, and deposit emails to the address on your account. The provider receives the recipient address and the content of that service email.
• Legal and safety. We may disclose information if a law, court, or regulator requires it, or if disclosure is necessary to investigate abuse, fraud, or a threat to users or the Service.

We do not share Google user data with SportyBet, Bet9ja, Flutterwave, or advertisers.

8. Cookies and local storage

izent AI uses a small amount of browser storage:

• izent_token. A sign-in token kept in local storage after you log in, so you stay signed in.
• izent_user. A copy of your username and email kept in local storage so the app can show your account.
• izent_guest. A flag kept in local storage if you continue as a guest.
• Google Analytics cookies. Cookies set by Google Analytics to distinguish browsers and measure visits.

You can delete local storage and block cookies in your browser settings. If you do, you will be signed out, guest chat may reset, Google sign-in may fail, and visit measurement will stop. The Service does not respond to a “Do Not Track” browser signal because there is no consistent industry standard for that signal.

9. How long we keep information

We keep account records, wallet records, and booking-code history for as long as the account is open. We keep them because you need the history in the app, and because we need the payment record to resolve a disputed deposit or a duplicate charge.

If you ask us to delete your account, we delete or irreversibly anonymize your username, email address, password hash, Google account identifier, and chat content, unless we must keep a specific record for a legal, accounting, or fraud-prevention reason. Payment references and amounts may be kept in that limited form for up to seven years where tax or accounting rules require a record of the transaction. Security logs that contain an IP address are kept for up to 12 months and then deleted or anonymized.

Google user data is kept only while the izent AI account remains linked to Google. After you ask us to delete the account, we delete the stored Google email, name, and Google account identifier on the same schedule as the rest of the account, and we do not keep a separate copy for advertising or analytics.

10. How we protect information

We protect personal information with the following measures:

• The website and the API are served over HTTPS, so data is encrypted in transit.
• Passwords are stored only as a hash. We cannot read your password.
• Google sign-in is checked by verifying Google’s signed token and confirming it was issued for izent AI’s application. We do not store a Google password or a Google refresh token for Gmail or Drive, because we do not request those scopes.
• Wallet debits are applied on the server against your own account balance. A request cannot reduce a balance below zero.
• Payment webhooks are rejected unless they carry the secret expected from Flutterwave.
• Access to production systems is limited to the operators of izent AI.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Please use a unique password for an email-and-password account, and do not forward verification emails to other people.

11. Your choices, access, and deletion

You can do the following yourself inside the Service:

• Read the username and email shown in Settings.
• Change your password if the account uses a password.
• Sign out, which removes the sign-in token from that browser.
• Stop using the Service at any time.
• Disconnect izent AI inside your Google Account permissions, if you signed in with Google.

You may email privacy@izentai.org to request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to correct a username or email, or to delete your account and the personal information attached to it. We may ask you to confirm that you control the email address on the account before we act. We aim to complete a deletion request within 30 days. Deleting the account removes access to wallet history and booking codes stored in izent AI. A sportsbook booking code that was already created at SportyBet or Bet9ja is held by that sportsbook under its own policy, and deleting your izent AI account does not delete that code from the sportsbook.

12. Children

izent AI is a tool for producing betting booking codes. It is not directed at anyone under 18 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are under 18, do not create an account, do not sign in with Google, and do not send us fixture lists. If you believe a child has given us personal information, email privacy@izentai.org and we will delete it.

13. International processing

We host the Service on servers that may be outside your country. Google and Flutterwave may also process information in the countries where they operate. When you use izent AI, your information may be processed in Nigeria and in other countries. Those countries may have different data-protection laws from the country where you live. We apply the protections described in this policy wherever the information is processed.

14. Changes to this policy

If we change how izent AI collects or uses personal information, we will update this page and change the effective date at the top. If we start using Google user data for a new purpose, we will update this policy first and we will not use the data for that new purpose until the policy describes it. Continued use of the Service after the effective date means you accept the updated policy.
